I help mums feel stronger.

I work across Greenwich and Blackheath to help mums find time for themselves, build confidence and start to reclaim their bodies.

You’ve had a baby and a lot has changed. Your body doesn’t feel like your own anymore, there are aches in new places and you don’t have a minute to yourself. You feel far too tired to do anything about it; your energy and motivation are at an all time low.  The idea of a workout feels overwhelming; or perhaps you're desperate to exercise but just can't find the time.

I can help you to feel fitter, stronger and more confident. I offer specifically designed postnatal training sessions that fit around you, with extra time built in for delays or interruptions should you or your little one need it.

Hi!

I'm Hannah.

I'm a fully qualified Personal Trainer with a specialist qualification in Ante/Postnatal Fitness. I have a 3-year old daughter and a very loud ginger cat. I started my fitness career teaching Bodypump classes in China and now coach small group strength and conditioning classes whilst working to support and empower mums in and around Greenwich.

  • Free 1-hr initial consultation with no purchase obligation.

  • Personalised plan tailored to your individual requirements.

  • Goal setting and regular reviews to keep you on track.

  • All equipment provided.

  • Workout from your own home or come into the studio.

  • Nutritional advice and weekly workout schedule provided.

Pre/postnatal plan

  • ALL BENEFITS from the Standard plan plus:

  • 25 minutes extra time if required for disruption or delay to the session.

  • Reduced late-cancellation fees.

  • Modifications provided to exercise with or without baby.

  • Pelvic floor and core exercises included.
